FWB Awards Scholarship to Promising High School Senior!

It is with great excitement we share our recent scholarship award to local high school senior, Charles Foster! Charles recently graduated magna cum laude from Cypress Creek High School and will be starting at Florida International University in the Fall studying Architecture.

Pasco County native and FWB Architectural Project Associate, Marisa Smith had the honor of presenting the scholarship check. Marisa’s passion for education and her love for the design of educational facilities caused her to pause and reflect on the “full circle” moment of being able to award a local student with such a meaningful endowment.

At Furr, Wegman & Banks Architects, P.A. not only do we design for the future of our communities, but we also build upon the next generation by investing our time, money and resources. We can think of no better way to give back than to support Charles Foster as he continues his education in the field of architecture. Engaging with our surrounding neighborhoods enables us to create visible, lasting change and we are thrilled to inspire, collaborate, and transform the communities in which we live, work, and play. Since opening our office in Pasco County, FWB has spent the past 7 years collaborating on meaningful design projects and has become an active part of a county we’re proud to call home.

We would like to thank the North Tampa Bay Chamber for facilitating the opportunity for this scholarship. Congratulations to the Class of 2025!
